Release date for the 2020 Maserati Alfieri
Maserati is truly a brand of its own. It can be hard to separate oneself from the competition in today’s society where everyone has access to the same automotive technology. Maserati has done it though, and continues to do so. The Maserati Alfieri was introduced as a concept back in 2014, but thanks to the hard-working engineers at Maserati, the 2020 Maserati Alfieri should be making an appearance sometime in 2020 with production set to begin earlier that year. Check out some of the specs and features below!
First introduced at the 2014 Geneva Auto Show, the Alfieri Concept Car was a fan favorite and turned many heads due to its unique, slick design. Smooth bodylines and an aggressive front fascia made for a grand first impression and the low body profile is the very identity of a luxury sports car. The car is designed to pay homage to the legendary sports heritage of Maserati, and as such, it will not complicate driving by adding unnecessary features you won’t be using. Because of that, it will also cut down on the price.
Under the hood of the 2020 Alfieri is expected to be a V6, but it will also be available in both a plug-in hybrid and electric all-wheel drive models as well. As far as body styles, the Alfieri is a coupe with an available cabriolet option. The top speed is expected to reach 190 mph while the 0 to 100 km (0 to 62 mph) time is rumored to be a jaw-dropping 2 seconds flat.
The 2020 Alfieri will be an intriguing model to say the least. Its unique blend of simple complexity and outstanding performance will likely make it a highly-sought after model. Interested in learning more? Contact the team here at Maserati Lotus of Greenville!
